GLP-1 tracker · cohort & trial benchmarks
Dosey is a focused tracker for people on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and compounded GLP-1s. Log shots, weight, measurements, and side effects - then see your trajectory against the SURMOUNT-1 trial average and the real-world cohort. Your chart becomes the heart of a doctor-ready summary for your next clinic visit.
Why Dosey exists
You're on a real journey - weeks of titration, side effects that cluster around shot day, body composition that shifts faster than the scale, and a clinic visit every six to twelve weeks. The tools you've tried ask for an account before showing value, hide how your medication data is used, or feel like fitness apps with a syringe icon bolted on.
Dosey is built around how GLP-1 actually looks: weekly shots, escalating doses, symptoms with shot-day timing, and a conversation with your clinician that goes better when you bring data. Try the tracker without signing up, and your logs become a doctor-ready summary you can take to your next visit.

Data you control
Dosey can use the information you choose to save to create clearer summaries, pattern insights, and clinic-ready reports. The line is simple: use data to serve the person who entered it, not to sell it to advertisers, brokers, or third-party health marketing networks.

Yes. The website is fully usable today. Open the tracker, log a shot or two, and preview a doctor-ready report - no sign-up required for the basics.
Dosey runs in any modern browser on desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone. A dedicated mobile app is on hold while we focus the web product. Add Dosey to your phone's home screen for a faster-loading shortcut in the meantime.
Tracking your shots, side effects, weight, and progress is free. The doctor-ready summary will become a small Pro subscription once it's polished with real beta feedback - we won't charge for an unfinished report.
Not right now. Your logs live in your browser so you can try the tracker and preview a report immediately. Accounts will arrive later for people who want their data available across browsers or saved long-term.
No. Dosey helps you keep a personal record and prepare for clinician conversations. It doesn't diagnose, recommend dose changes, or replace medical guidance.
Trial averages come from published GLP-1 clinical trials (e.g. SURMOUNT-1 for tirzepatide). Real-world averages are drawn from aggregated, de-identified Dosey usage as the cohort grows, with clear labelling so you always know what you're being compared against.
Dosey uses your data to serve you: better reports, clearer patterns, account features, support, and product quality. We will not sell health data, work with data brokers, or use medication logs for ad targeting.
